2. Eligibility: Any aspiring or professional Actor, Singer, Dancer, Model, or Artist can apply.
Applicants must submit accurate personal details and a recent photograph.



3. Validity: The Artist Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Renewal after 1 year will be done with a nominal charge of ₹100/- only.



4. Usage: The Artist Card is an identity proof for recognition within the entertainment industry.
It does not guarantee work but helps artists connect with casting agencies, production houses, and studios.



5. Non-transferable: The card is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Misuse of the card will lead to cancellation without refund.



6. Refund Policy: Once the fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Important: Carry your Artist Card during auditions, meetings, or any professional engagement.
